I grew up in Southern California.
The ocean is the mother that continues to call me home.
I've lived in the Seattle area for 26 years.
The trees and the rain are family.
I'm someone that reads signs and lives by them.
I have most of my adult life.
I'm an intuitive. I'm an empath. I hear messages -
from plants, your body, your ancestors.
That DOESN'T mean life has been easy!
I have had a complicated health journey and
have tried a LOT of techniques.
I've been overweight my entire adult life.
I'm a sexual assault survivor.
I was paralyzed on my left side at the age of 24.
I have c-PTSD.
I currently am recovering from a traumatic brain injury.
I have lived 10 lives in just this lifetime.
I just don't give up!
I'm tenacious. I'm a seeker.
I"m an optimist at heart.
I'm naturally curious. I want to know the WHY.
Ok your hip hurts but WHY does your hip hurt?
Even as a child I was curious about bodies. It comes naturally.

I'm really comfortable being vulnerable and authentic.
I'm genuine and real.
