Crainiosacral Therapy $120
1.5 hour session length, fully clothed

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It can also be used at any joint or diaphragm. It is helpful for pain, restriction, trauma and nervous systems issues.It is also beneficial for mouth/jaw pain.

Massage  $180   (90 min.)
2 hour session length, undressed 

Intuitive and personally designed massage for you each session.
Any modality,​ such as hot stones, garshana (dry brushing), hot towels, aromatherapy etc. included. The session may also craniosacral or vibration if needed.  
My style of massage is influenced from Ayurveda and includes long flowing strokes that deepen naturally.
(NOT deep pressure/tissue massage)

Vibrational Healing Therapy  $120
1.5 hour total session, fully clothed. 

Vibrational sound therapy can retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. This modality uses therapeutic singing bowls placed on the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility for the nervous system.
